Every stay they send you costs you 15%, forever, and the guest stays theirs. We build the site that takes the booking and the pages that get you found, so the next guest books direct.

Our biggest competitor wasn’t another hotel in Vienna.
Christian, Co-founder of Fullstreak, co-owner of MINT Apartments in Vienna
Maxine and I own MINT Apartments in Vienna, and we founded Fullstreak together. I was a marketer at Meta before that, and I run Ekamoira, the agency this product came out of. Almost every booking we took arrived through Booking.com and Airbnb, and the commission on every one went straight back out again.
What I noticed was not that another property was winning. It was that the dependency itself was the competition, and it grew with every good season.
I wanted one process instead of ten tools: a site that takes the booking, a calendar that stays in step, and the pages that get a property found before the platforms answer for it. MINT ran it first. Fullstreak is that work, made repeatable for operators like you.
The guest already chose you. They just booked through someone else.
Three things break at once. Fixing one without the others does nothing.
The website doesn’t close
It shows the property but never takes the booking, so the guest goes back to the tab where booking takes ten seconds.
Nobody can find you first
Search and AI assistants answer with the platforms, because that’s where your information lives in a form they can read.
The calendars don’t talk
Fear of double bookings keeps direct sales switched off. It’s a plumbing problem, and we fix it.
We fix all three in one engagement. The call tells you which one is costing you most.
What we set up for you.
One engagement, five pieces. We do the work; you keep the accounts and the logins.
Getting cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and AI search
Guests increasingly ask an assistant where to stay. We put your property data, your reviews and your local pages where those answers come from, so the answer names you and sends the guest to your own booking page.
For MINT: 74 sessions in July from ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Claude. In May, one.
A website built to convert
Rates, availability and the room you actually want to sell, above the fold. Written and photographed like somewhere a person lives, not a listing.
On MINT, the booking step moved from four clicks to two.
A direct booking engine
Payments, confirmations and invoices that run themselves, wired into the channel manager so Booking.com, Airbnb and your own calendar stay in step.
No double bookings at MINT since the sync went live in May.
Search and local visibility
Maps, your name plus the town, the pages that catch people already looking for you.
For MINT: 60 pages in English and German.
We stay on afterwards
Monthly: what came direct, what came through a platform, what we change next season. A short call, not a dashboard you have to learn.
You keep the accounts and the logins throughout.
Book the call and we will tell you which of the five your property is missing today.
MINT serviced apartments, Vienna

18 serviced apartments beside the Naschmarkt. In April the website could not take a single booking and every guest arrived through a platform taking 15%. We built the site, the booking engine, the Stripe and invoicing plumbing, then 60 pages in English and German that answer engines quote. May to July 2026.

The guides we wrote for operators like you
Prices, tests and arithmetic for a property of 8 to 25 units. No sign up, no gate.
Priced to the scope
Every property is a different amount of work: what the site does today, how many units, whether the calendar already talks to the platforms. The number comes out of what yours needs, and you get it on the call before anything is committed.
Part of it rides on the result
Some of what we charge is tied to what the work returns. We carry part of the risk with you, and the months that move the direct share are the months that pay. I would rather be paid for the bookings than for the hours.
Twenty minutes, and we’ll tell you what’s leaking.
The audit is free, and the read is yours whether or not you hire us.
