Fullstreak is the direct booking practice of Ekamoira. We built it first for MINT @Naschmarkt in Vienna, the property Maxine and I own: the booking engine, the payments and invoicing plumbing, then the pages Google and the AI assistants quote. It worked, we published the numbers, and we productised it for operators like you.
What I believe
Get found. Take the booking. Keep the guest. In that order, because the order is the product: most of this industry starts at the booking form and never does the finding. The demand starts where a traveller asks a question about your city, and answering it is how a stranger arrives at your door.
Who it is for
Boutique serviced apartment operators, aparthotels and design-led B&Bs in the US and Canada. 8 to 25 units, $350,000 or more of bookings a year, most of it arriving through the platforms, and a brand good enough to be worth designing properly.
Who it is not for
Somebody with three flats on Airbnb. Below about $350,000 a year of bookings, the commission we save does not pay for the work in year one, and I would rather say so than take the money. Above that line, book the call and we will tell you what the platforms are taking from you today.
