Hi everyone, I'm Christian. I'm the co-founder of Fullstreak and owner of MINT Apartments in Vienna. Almost all our bookings came through OTAs such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, you name it. Which meant we were paying 15 to 20% on each booking to those platforms. I think most importantly we realized that our biggest competitor wasn't another hotel or another apartment in Vienna, but it actually was our dependency on OTAs.
