Short, because we collect almost nothing.

If you email us or book a call, we receive what you send: your address and what you wrote. If you phone the number on this site, we see the number you are calling from, and we keep any note we make of the call. We use what you send to reply and we keep the thread as ordinary business correspondence. The contact form stores your name, address and message in our database, hosted by Supabase, and the same form sits behind the book a call button. It also asks for a phone number: that field is optional, and we store it only if you fill it in. The newsletter box stores your address and the consent line shown beside it, and the download form on a guide stores the same, plus which guide you asked for. The savings calculator stores the same before it shows you the result. We use what you enter to reply, or to send you the letter you asked for. We store your IP address with it, which is how we stop spam and floods of submissions, and a contact form message also keeps your browser and the page you sent it from. A copy of what you send through any of these forms is also written to a Google Sheet we keep, so a person can read it without opening the database.

The contact form has a separate box for text messages, unticked, beside the phone field. Ticking it is the only thing that opts you in, and it stores what you agreed to word for word, along with the version of that sentence, the time and your IP address, so we can always show what was agreed rather than assert it. Giving us a phone number without ticking the box opts you in to nothing. Reply STOP to any message and you are removed at once. We do not share mobile numbers, or the consent that came with them, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Write to hello@fullstreak.com to have the number deleted altogether.

This site runs Google Analytics, and it is the only thing here that sets a cookie. Two of them, on your first visit: one gives your browser a random number, so that coming back tomorrow is not counted as a new person, and one groups the pages you read into a single visit. Both are set by this domain, both expire after about thirteen months, and no other site can read them. What Analytics records is which pages you opened, what sent you here, roughly what part of the world you are in, and which browser and device you used. It works the location out from your IP address and does not keep the address. Two things we send it ourselves: that a form went through, and which of the five it was, and that somebody tapped the phone number, and where on the page. Neither carries a word of what you typed. We run no advertising trackers, and nothing here follows you to another site. If you would rather not be counted, block cookies for this domain, or install the opt-out Google publishes at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which turns it off on every site at once.

The site is served by Vercel, which processes technical request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. The database is hosted by Supabase, which processes what the forms store. When a form reaches us, the notification goes out as an email, sent through Resend. The copy of each submission sits in Google Sheets, and the analytics above are Google’s own service, so Google processes both, and either can carry that data outside the EU.

To come off the newsletter, write to the same address: we take you off the list and delete the record.
