The questions we hear before an engagement, answered the way we answer them on a call.
We already have a website.
Click your own Book Now. Did the domain change? Now search for anything except your name. A site that hands the guest to somebody else’s checkout, and ranks only for its own name, is exactly what we rebuild.
Will AI really send bookings?
For MINT, sessions from ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Claude went from 1 to 74 a month across three months, landing on pages that could take the booking, and the pixel now follows what comes of them: since it went live in July, four of the first 51 people who left an email address on the site had arrived from an assistant first. The numbers sit together on the results page.
Cheaper options exist.
They do. Most of them help you convert guests you already have. The question at your size is where the next guest comes from, and that is the part almost nobody sells. Bring the one you are weighing up to the call, and we will tell you what it does not cover.
Do you replace Booking.com and Airbnb?
No. The platforms still bring most of the volume, and at your size that is rational. The goal is to stop being unable to sell without them, so the second stay is yours and costs nothing to win.
I do not want to break my calendar.
Your property system stays the source of truth. We write to it; we never replace it. Direct and platform bookings hold one calendar, which is why MINT has had no double bookings since the sync went live in May.
Where are you based?
The work is measured inside your systems, not ours: your property system, your Stripe, your Search Console. Talk to Vienna.
What does it cost?
It depends on the property, so there is no list price to quote you. We price to the scope of the work yours needs, and part of what we charge is tied to what that work returns. You get the number on the call, before anything is committed.
Twenty minutes, and we’ll tell you what’s leaking.
The audit is free, and the read is yours whether or not you hire us.
