If you ask us for a call, it helps to be able to send you the details by text. This page says exactly what that means, who is sending it, and how to stop it in one word.
Who is sending
Fullstreak is a brand of Ekamoira Digital GmbH, an Austrian company. It operates this site, it is the sender of record for these messages, and it is the company you would be contracting with. Ekamoira Technologies Private Limited is the group company that runs the systems the messages are sent from. Both are named below so there is no doubt which company has your number.

Fill this in, tick the box, and we will text you about your enquiry. Leave the box unticked and we will only email or ring you, which is the default.
You tick the box on the form below, or on the same form when you book a call or write to us, and you give us a mobile number. That is the only way to opt in. We do not buy, rent or scrape numbers, we do not add anyone from a list, and giving us a number so we can ring you does not opt you in to messages. The box is never ticked for you.
Messages about the thing you asked us about: confirming a call, sending the joining details, following up on what we discussed, and sending you the document or the number we promised on the call. That is the whole of it. We do not run mass marketing campaigns over text.
At most a few messages a month, and usually fewer. The volume follows the conversation you are having with us, so it is highest in the week around a call and close to nothing otherwise.
Nothing from us. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and for data at whatever rate your plan sets, and we neither see nor control that. If you are unsure what your plan charges, your carrier can tell you.
Reply STOP to any message from us. You are removed straight away and we will not text you again unless you opt in a second time. Reply HELP to any message, or write to hello@fullstreak.com, and a person will answer. You can also ask us to delete the number altogether at that address.
We do not share mobile numbers, or the consent that came with them, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Nobody buys this list because there is no list to buy. The number reaches the companies that run our own systems, and it goes nowhere else.
Messages travel over mobile networks we do not run. Carriers are not liable for a message that arrives late or does not arrive at all, and neither delay nor failure changes anything you have asked us for. If something matters and the text has not reached you, the email and the phone number on the contact page both still work.
